As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve, Proliance Public Adjusting and Proliance General Contractors is actively monitoring the situation and will continue to manage its response accordingly and under guidance from local public health authorities in areas of operation. With Proliance General Contractors being a construction company, the effects of the virus have been minimal to our operations considering the majority of our work is outdoors and can be performed 100% touch free. However, we are still taking steps to ensure the safety of our team members and our clients and have a preparedness plan ready to implement should the need arise. From the initial inspection all the way to the replacement of your roof or siding, our clients will have a touch-free experience with a strong regard towards social distancing. We will conduct meetings with our clients via e-mail, text, FaceTime, Skype, phone, or any other virtual avenue that is needed. Each team member of Proliance has been provided with safety measures and instructions to comply with all safety requirements and to ensure the health of our clients and team. This includes remote work as well.
